COMI TEAS designs and manufactures completely automatic and performing systems with the highest degree of customization for the production of washing machine drums according to the multiple aesthetics proposed by our customers’ R & D divisions

Features
The start of our production lines for washing machine baskets can be made either from coils with mechanical presses for the production of the drum wrapper or from pre-cut and printed wrappers.
The range of dimensions and characteristics of the models produced within the same production plant can be completely customized.
Through automatic and fully integrated transfers, the sheet band is then moved through the various work benches according to the specific needs of the model to be produced.
The degree of automation can naturally be modified according to the needs of the customer, both for the washing machine drum in its various assembly phases and for the processing and servicing of all the components necessary to guarantee the final assembly of the same. .
COMI TEAS can also produce auxiliary lines for the creation of washing drums, such as spider processing, shaft bushing, laser marking and final palletizing of drums if required.
Finally, we can integrate in-line process control systems (using laser or scanning sensors) which we guarantee full compliance with the necessary quality standards required for the specific type of product.
